What are your interests/hobbies?
I’m a truly girly girl, so my hobbies involve shopping, shopping and more shopping! I also enjoy watching a good movie and socializing with my friends. Girly nights out and listening to some good music are the best.
What’s your favorite sport to watch?
I’m sadly not very into sports, the closest I get to watching it is when England plays football.
Where is your dream holiday location?
It’s a bit of a cliché but I’d love to go to the Maldives. It’s just idyllic… white sands, clear blue sea and deserted islands are my idea of paradise!
If you can meet anyone in the world, who would he/she be? Will Smith - he’s an amazingly versatile actor, is really funny, and seems very down-to-earth in his interviews. I think he’d be a real laugh to spend time with and of course it helps that he’s attractive.
What does your favorite meal consist of?
I am partial to a good chicken korma with naan bread and poppadoms. I also love anything with garlic, although I only eat chicken and fish which doesn’t give me the broadest range (if you know any good recipes let me know).
Who is your favorite musician?
I love R’n B’, and as a singer myself I’m addicted to music with soul, although in saying that I have eclectic tastes and enjoy a bit of everything. My all time favorite artist is Brian McKnight.
Who is your biggest influence in life?
Definitely my Mum, she is my best friend and is always so strong no matter what, yet she’s not afraid to show vulnerability. Every piece of advice she gives helps me.

What are your interests/hobbies?
I am a keen scuba diver, and by good fortune Gibraltar is an excellent place to dive. There are a lot of wrecks, a breathtaking diversity of wildlife, a reef and even a sunken World War II bomber, all on our doorstep. I have been diving in Thailand and in the Great Barrier Reef, and in both cases I came back thinking that Gibraltar is still my favorite dive location by far.
What’s your favorite sport to watch?
I am not a big sports fan. I have been to see 888.com sponsored team Sevilla FC play, but given the choice on a visit to Seville I would much prefer to go shopping!
Where is your dream holiday location?
So far my favorite destination has been Australia, which I fell in love with so much that I went twice in 3 months! My dream destination now would definitely be somewhere extremely unspoiled – the Amazon Rainforest maybe!
If you can meet anyone in the world, who would he/she be? If I could meet anyone in the world it would have to be Britney Spears, I think she just needs a good friend.
What does your favorite meal consist of?
My favorite food has got to be Italian - good pasta with a nice bottle of wine (or two), perfect!
Who is your favorite musician?
My favorite band is Aerosmith – I actually had tickets to see them at Wembley Stadium years ago, but I had my tonsils out on the same day and even though I thought I could go straight from the hospital to the stadium, sadly I just wasn’t able to and I never got to see them. That has been one of my biggest regrets in life!
Who is your biggest influence in life?
My biggest influence (like most women) is my Mother. Strangely my life has almost been a carbon copy of hers: both of us moving to Spain at the same age and having almost exactly the same life experiences. If I continue to follow in her footsteps I’m sure I’ll be very happy.

What are your interests/hobbies?
I enjoy walking my dog Sasha, and what girl doesn’t enjoy a day of shopping followed by a night out with the girls.
What’s your favorite sport to watch?
I quite enjoy watching football and have been to a few live games, I even know the offside rule! I also play tennis and would love to experience strawberries and cream at Wimbledon!
Where is your dream holiday location?
Growing up I traveled quite a lot and now live in Spain. As a result, my dream destination would have to be somewhere far away and tropical, the Caribbean or Seychelles would be amazing! Having said that, I also really enjoy going back home to England. Although I am lucky enough to have plenty of sunshine and a relaxed life style over here, there are some things that Spain does not have.
If you can meet anyone in the world, who would he/she be?
This is a hard one as I am not really a fan of all the hype that surrounds celebrities although spending an evening with someone like Brad Pitt would not be so hard.
What does your favorite meal consist of?
You can’t beat a good Indian takeaway; no time spent cooking in the kitchen or washing up!
Who is your favorite musician?
I don’t have a particular favorite artist but I like most current chart music especially feel good songs that you just can’t help nodding your head to.
Who is your biggest influence in life?
Being an only child I am really close to my Mum and Dad. They also live in Spain and are the main reason that I moved over here and the reason I would not think of leaving.

What are your interests/hobbies?
I love to walk my dogs, Bodie and Sparkey at the beach, especially in the evening when it’s peaceful. I also do enjoy yoga and I have a bit of a passion for Interior Design, much to my boyfriend’s dismay – I’m always moving things around at home!
What’s your favorite sport to watch?
I have to admit that I am not really a sporty person, but I do love to watch the Ultimate Fighting Championships which involves mixed martial arts - I love Michael Bisping and Matt Hughes! I do watch the odd football game, but mostly to keep my boyfriend happy.
Where is your dream holiday location?
I would love to go to on a cruise around the Caribbean, although I am sure I still wouldn’t get a tan.
If you can meet anyone in the world, who would he/she be?
I would have to say Marilyn Monroe. I absolutely love the movie ‘Some Like it Hot’, and Marilyn is just so amazing and beautiful! I am sure we would have a very interesting conversation!
What does your favorite meal consist of?
Well, as everyone here knows I am a very fussy eater, but I do love Italian food – especially Lasagna!
Who is your favorite musician?
I don’t really have a favorite; I like listening to many genres of music, from Michael Jackson to the Rat Pack to Rhianna! Right now I’m enjoying listening to some Tracey Chapman!
Who is your biggest influence in life?
I like to believe everything and everyone can influence the next turn in my life. Some people, such as close family members, will always have more influence than others because they have nurtured me and given me all the encouragement I need to succeed.

This is a difficult one - there are so many! I think ‘treat others like you wish to be treated yourself’ is important. We should all respect each other in life

How long have you worked in the VIP Loyalty team?
I have worked in the VIP department since March 10, although I had previously worked in the VIP department in 2004 for a period of 18 months.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
The best thing about my job is the fact that no two days are the same. Being
a VIP manager you get to know the members on a more personal level, which allows
you to provide a better service to suit each member’s needs. I’m
really looking forward to meeting the members too!
What do you think sets Casino-on-Net’s VIP service apart from
others?
The excellent service we provide 24/7. Not only do we assist the members with
issues, we also take pride in getting to know them on a more personal level which
is very important to us. We really love the fact that members get the chance
to meet the representatives who assist them on a daily basis at our various events

Assisting members and resolving any issue they may have encountered is always
rewarding, and all whilst working alongside a fantastic group of focused people,
not just within the VIP department but at 888.com in general.

VIPs?
I have not had the opportunity to meet any members yet but I am really looking
forward to the experience.

1 Week and already like it a lot!
What do you most enjoy about your job?
I like the fact that each day is different and of course the people – whether
it’s my colleagues in the team, or my VIP members whom I will get to know!
What’s even more exciting is meeting my members face to face and going on
events with them!

Since I have been only 1 week in the department, I have not been on any trips

I have worked in the VIP department for around 3 months
now. I worked on some VIP projects in my previous 888.com role so
I was delighted when I got the opportunity to join the VIP team.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
I love the fact that we offer a personal service to our members, from updating them about promotions, helping with any issues they may have, or just getting to know them personally.

Casino-on-Net offers a variety of games, however mastering game strategy is only part of a successful player’s skill. Having a good playing attitude is just as important.
Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
I haven’t hosted any events yet but I’m sure I will in future. I would love to attend a live poker or sporting event soon so I can meet some of our VIP members who share similar interests to mine.
I started working for the Dutch VIP Loyalty team in November 2006.
However, I have worked for
888.com for over 2 years now. I started as a German Poker representative and 6 months later I switched to Dutch support.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
Probably the fact that we have members all from over the world! You could be talking to a member from the
Netherlands and after hanging up
the phone a call could be coming in from a member in Brazil, India or even from New Zealand!
It is the members who make the job so much more interesting, meeting them and putting the face behind the voice

Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
I am not an Account Manager, so I haven't been on any trips and I don't have any personal members. But I take
great interest in the events
we put on, and love finding out more about our members from my colleagues who do attend the events.

All of them. I have hosted three different events so far with completely different people and I have enjoyed

diversity of people from other countries and from different cultures makes me richer inside.
I have been working for 888 for just under 2 years, but have been
working in the VIP Loyalty
Department for 14 months taking care of our French speaking VIPs, and this move turned out to be even better than expected.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
Many things, where do I start? All my colleagues before me have said it, but this is really a great team. As a
VIP account manager we need
to do a lot of various tasks and this makes it really exciting and never repetitive. On one day you might have to plan events, on the other assist our
members with their gaming
queries, on certain days you even get to travel to go meet new people. How does that sound to you? I also get to ride a motorcycle to work everyday as
the weather in Andalucia is
great most of the year!

I have members that I know well, and therefore I am able to assist them and help them not only in a more
personal manner, but more
particularly with a better knowledge of their circumstances. This makes all the difference whenever a member needs a fast and efficient response to
their queries.

Probably the feeling that I got it right on a tricky issue.

Try out all our games!! Did you know we have just released our Backgammon software? If you need assistance or

Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
I have only been involved in the one so far, where we saw the match between Middlesbrough FC and Manchester
City, which was great! You
usually don’t get a guided visit of the grounds as well as full hospitality treatment when you go and see a football match. Our VIPs did and I was part
of it. I look forward to
the next one I am planning right now but that’s another story…
I have been working for 888 for 2 years, but have been working in the VIP

Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
My favorite trip was to Las Vegas – it was so surreal. I felt just like I was just like I was in the movies. I
did work really hard (if
you can call it work) and watched my members’ techniques when playing in the casino. But I won’t give up my day-job!
I have been in the VIP department ever since I started at 888 over 16
months ago.
I have seen it go from strength to strength, against all odds, especially after the U.S legislation was implemented last October.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
It has to be a combination of having wonderful members and being part of a great team, although I must admit
that getting paid to accompany
members to football games comes a very close second.

Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
I would say that it is a dead-heat between Istanbul and Athens. Both cities were beautiful, albeit with their
very different cultures. The
members there (as well as those that I have met on my various football trips) were fantastic and made me feel very at home.
How long have you worked in the VIP Loyalty Department?
I joined the
VIP Loyalty Department when
it was first established in 2005. Two years on, I am still loving it!
What do you most enjoy about your job?
There are many parts of my job that I enjoy, but if I have to pick just one thing, it would be meeting my
members face-to-face. I am
fortunate to have personal contact with my wonderful members, and to have the opportunities of meeting them in person is the most rewarding part of my
job.

Our understanding of how a VIP should be treated. Every single one of my colleagues is dedicated, professional
and highly capable. Our Very

The “Jokes” page in the Player’s Club! Not really, but we should have one. :) Seriously now, very few people
can say that they love what
they do, and I am one of those lucky people. That is enough reason to keep me smiling!

Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
I am not good at picking favorites. A member recently asked me the same question, and I honestly could not give
him an answer. All of the
trips I have taken have been so enjoyable, picking a favorite would be like picking between chocolate and shoes! I must say though, the Dubai trip I
shared with our VIPs last
month was very special.
Well, it's been almost 10 months since I joined the VIP team and I
think more and more of this
team by the day, and hope to be part of it for as long as possible! Wow... 10 months already! Time does fly when you're having fun!
What do you most enjoy about your job?
The special bond one creates with his/her own members, and the actual meeting of them in person, at events or
special occasions! It's
always interesting to see their expressions when they can finally put a face to the name at the end of the emails! Of course, this is always a rather
pleased expression, as we are
all young and beautiful (!!!).
What do you think sets Casino-on-Net’s VIP service apart from others?
With our VIP members we don't just TRY to do our best, we DO it! We make every single one of them feel SPECIAL
and UNIQUE, as they truly
are, and we help and assist in every possible way, whether it's a simple question or the moon they're asking for!
What puts a smile on your face in your day-to day work?
1) Seeing my unbelievably sociable colleagues (what a gang!).
2) Receiving my members' emails telling me all about themselves (I love gossip!!)
3) The events I get to go to, where I get to meet fantastic people.
I must admit though, the funnies my members send me are also in my top ten list!
Do you have any tips for our VIPs?
The most important one is to 'ALWAYS HAVE FUN', then comes the 'GO FOR THE JACKPOT' and last (but most
definitely NOT least), 'WRITE TO
US'; it's always a pleasure to receive your emails and be in contact!
Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
Well, up to now I have only been to the 2007 World Snooker Championship, and I'm sure all my future events will
be just like it!
My partner in crime for this occasion, Grainne (scroll down to read about Grainne), allowed me to really 'feel' the event's organization; the Snooker
final itself was thrilling
(from the moment I understood what the actual rules were!!!), and the members... well... there aren't enough words to describe how adorable and
entertaining they all were!
How long have you worked in the VIP Loyalty Department?
I have
been a member of the VIP Team
for 15 months, but have been working at 888 for just over two years now.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
I like the fact that each day is different and I get to travel too, this being one of my passions along with
photography. Aside from this
it’s the rest of the team here at the office that makes it such an enjoyable job!
What do you think sets Casino-on-Net’s VIP service apart from others?
Well I have not worked for any other online Casino but I know a lot of people within the industry and I truly
believe that our customer
service is second to none, but this would start by the fact that our Training department is excellent, so before even stepping out on the floor you
have been extensively trained
in all aspects of the job.
What puts a smile on your face in your day-to day work?
Being able to solve a problem or issue gives me satisfaction and again having a laugh with my workmates, a
fantastic bunch!
Do you have any tips for our VIPs?
First and foremost to enjoy yourselves, it’s all about having fun, when you do win some, cash out the funds -
this makes it all the more
enjoyable!
Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
I do get to go on quite a few events, mainly the football matches with Sevilla FC, a real great atmosphere
especially now that we are top
of the Spanish first division. But I would have to say that going to New York just before Christmas was the best, a truly amazing city and the guests
were fantastic, a real
pleasure to have met up with.
How long have you worked in the VIP Loyalty Department?
I have worked within the VIP Loyalty team since May 2006, and loved every minute.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
Where do I begin? I enjoy absolutely everything! I have wonderful members to look after, who do actually become
friends. It’s great when
you get a call or an e-mail from a member just so they can tell you what they have done over the weekend. Obviously I enjoy the events enormously, who
wouldn’t enjoy traveling
the world and staying in top class hotels? Lastly my colleagues, I can honestly say that I work with the greatest people; I know its sounds so cliché,
but I do believe that I have
the greatest job in the world!

I believe that what sets Casino-on-Net apart from other Casino’s is our honesty, fine attention to detail and
personal care. Our members
know that no matter what time of day or night, they can always contact us and get the assistance they require there and then.
What puts a smile on your face in your day-to day work?
Knowing that no matter how much we have on the agenda for a particular day there is always time for a laugh and
joke. We really do have a
superb group of people in the office, and I know our happiness is reflected in our work with our individual members.
Do you have any tips for our VIPs?
The only tip I would have for our members is to enjoy the games! Try not to take them too seriously. When you
are at the Casino you are
there to have fun, so make sure you really do enjoy yourself.
Which has been the most enjoyable trip you’ve shared with our VIPs?
I have enjoyed all of the trips I been fortunate enough to attend. My first event was Royal Ascot earlier this
year, which I thoroughly
enjoyed. However, I must say that Tobago was just out of this world! I have never met nicer people in all my life. It is one place I will most
certainly be visiting
again!!
How long have you worked in the VIP Loyalty Department?
I joined
the VIP Loyalty Department in
September 2005. Since then I have seen this team grow immensely. I can safely say that we have grown into one the best departments I have ever worked
for! We are constantly
pushing our high standards to the highest, and creating new ideas to better ourselves and the whole department.
I really love this as it also allows me to improve my own skills, and develop in my career!
What do you most enjoy about your job?
Staying in five star hotels of course!! Seriously though, I would have to say the people – whether it’s my
colleagues in the team, or my
VIP members that I look after each day. As I know my members on a personal level, it gives me great satisfaction dealing with their individual needs….
every day brings something
new!!! What’s even more exciting is meeting my members face to face on events, such as Las Vegas, Paris, and London. I am really very lucky to get to
have these experiences with
such great people!!

The personal touch!!!! When you play online – let’s face it, the Casino is a screen on your PC! However when
you play with Casino-on-Net,
we put a face behind the screen! We do this by getting to know our members personally. If a member wishes to contact us, they know they have someone

IMPROVED CASH OUT POLICY!
In an effort to further improve our Cash Out services to members, we have now introduced more options to our Cash Out policy.
Members depositing via Solo/Switch (Maestro) or through a Visa Card issued in a country where refunds to Visa Credit/Debit Cards are permitted, will now be fully refunded to the original method of deposit. Your Cash Out should then reach you faster and in a more efficient manner!
Members from the UK have the additional option to receive funds via Credit Card Bank Wire (BACS) if they deposited with an International Visa or MasterCard previously.
Members depositing with Solo/Switch or Visa card AND via one of our e-payment methods (NETELLER, ePassport, FirePay) will still receive this option for Cash Outs.
If your Cash Out is above $10,000 you may request a bank or wire transfer which should be done by email as this option is not displayed on the website.
